How do I enable the Mobile Waitlist?

  • Login to SpotMenus using your email and password
  • Click on the location you wish to manage

  • Click "Waitlist & Reservations"

  • Click "Mobile Waitlist On/Off" to enable the Mobile Waitlist. 
    • In the image below the Mobile Waitlist is currently disabled.

  • Patrons will now be able to add themselves to the Waitlist for your location via scanning your QR code and clicking on the banner "Tap to join waitlist"
    • Patrons can also be added to the Waitlist, Reservations, & Pick-up lists manually via clicking on the "New Customer" button
